Pastor Craig Cox was saved April 14, 1991, at Frienship Baptist Church.
He was called to preach shortly after being saved. Since being called he has held positions as a Sunday School Teacher, and a Youth Pastor at both Friendship Baptist Church and Eastside Baptist Church.
Pastor Cox graduated Greensboro Bible Institute in 1996, where he received an Associates Degree in Theology.
In 2006 he was called to be the pastor of Sonrise Independent Baptist Church in Southport, NC. The Lord truly blessed in the years he was located there, with souls saved and significant church growth.
In 2009 he was called back to his home-town of Burlington, NC to pastor at Friendly Lane Baptist Church.
He has been married to wife Tammy since 1989, they have four daughters, Abigail, Noel, Annabell, and Meuriel.
Pastor Craig’s hobbies include playing golf with his fellow preacher buddies, and umpiring softball.
